    Description

The State University of New York (SUNY), on behalf of SUNY Empire State University, publishes this notice in accordance with the Office of the State Comptroller’s Guide to Financial Operations – Publication of Procurement Opportunities requirements. SUNY intends to procure, pursuant to SUNY’s discretionary purchasing authority, an academic catalog management platform subscription, including implementation, configuration, integration, training, and support services. The required solution must support academic catalog content management and governance and must be capable of fully integrating with SUNY Empire’s existing enterprise academic systems, including: a curriculum management platform, and a class scheduling platform, both of which are currently in production and integrated with the University’s student information system (Banner). The solution must enable the reuse and synchronization of existing academic data in order to avoid redundant manual data entry and to support ongoing academic governance and operational requirements. This notice is not a solicitation. It does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), or other competitive procurement. This notice is issued solely for public notice and market awareness purposes to determine whether other responsible vendors, including authorized resellers or implementation partners, possess the capability to provide a solution meeting SUNY’s technical and integration requirements. SUNY is under no obligation to proceed with any respondent. Vendors who believe they are capable of providing an academic catalog management platform and related services that meet the requirements described above may submit a brief statement of interest outlining their capabilities and relevant experience. Any statements of interest should be received by Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Leepfrog Technologies, Inc.
