    Description

    Richmond Public Schools (RPS) is seeking proposals from qualified insurance carriers and insurance programs to present options for district wide insurance coverage. The purpose of this scope is to solicit competitive insurance solutions that address the full range of RPS operational, financial, and educational risks while supporting long-term program stability, cost containment, and coverage adequacy.

    This Scope of Work is intended solely to support the evaluation and placement of new or revised insurance coverage for the entire school division. Richmond Public Schools will retain full oversight of the process through the Office of Risk Management.

    The services will be provided district wide for the School Board of the City of Richmond (School Board), a public body within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
