    Questions & Answers

Q (2335AB-D Districtwide Staff Development and Materials): Does this include implementation training for a specific product purchase?

A: The District’s objective is to contract with service providers to deliver interactive, research based professional development focused on supporting grade PK-12 teachers and district personnel which includes but is not limited to face-to-face, online (webinars), conferences, training-of-trainers, consultation, and on the job coaching and observation. This RFP will also include any products or training materials needed for the professional development. Please review the complete scope and specifications for more details.

Q (Price List): I am confused by the price list. May I obtain direction as to which categories to offer pricing? My company offers "train the trainer" programs. Generally in the education field this would be professional development training for anyone within a district who is delivering staff development training to other district employees whether they be teachers, facilities, administrators, etc. I am unsure about which category to select to offer pricing for such services within the context of the options available in the price list.

A: The bid table should be completed based on the services and topics your company provides. If a listed service or topic does not apply to your company, please select the “No Bid” option for that item.
