Be advised this bid package is a complete package for this scope of project work. All Bidders MUST bid the complete scope of work in their respective package. Partial bids will not be accepted or evaluated. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Notice to Bidders and other bid instructions. The deadline for submitting RFI’s is Monday January 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM. IMPORTANT: Bidders shall refer to the Notice to Bidders for all bid documents and bidding requirements for more information. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Arc Building Partners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on site Tuesday January 20, 2026 at 10:00 am EST.
