    All responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT portal. No e-mail or faxed responses will be accepted. If portal system problems arise, contact the SWIFT vendor helpline at 651-201-8100 option 1. Purpose. The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to procure conference space for the IMT3 Preseason Meeting 2026 to be held March 10 and 11, 2026 within Brainerd/Baxter/Nisswa area of Minnesota, as detailed in Exhibit C, including Exhibit C, Supplement 1. Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible to review and comply with all requests that may be required in this event. Failure to respond to latest event version may result in bid rejection. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions must be directed to the buyer listed on this event. DNR will only issue one purchase order per vendor. Payment will be made after all items have been received and approved. No partial payments
