    All responses should be submitted electronically through the SWIFT portal. If portal system problems arise, contact the SWIFT vendor helpline at 651-201-8100 option 1. Purpose: The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to procure 600 yards of Class 5 Gravel, delivered and stockpiled at twelve various Park Rapids Area Public Water Access sites; each site will receive 24, 36, or 60 yards. These site locations are located in Mahnomen, Hubbard, and Becker Counties in Minnesota. Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible to review and comply with all requests that may be required in this event. Failure to respond to latest event version may result in bid rejection. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions must be directed to the buyer listed on this event. DNR will only issue one purchase order per vendor. Payment will be made after all items have been received and approved. No partial payments.
