The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase Target Location Analysis presenting counts and estimates of unique hourly and daily visitors to points of interest in Minnesota (May through October) over the course of three seasons The Contractor(s) must be able to provide Target Location Analysis data presenting counts and estimates of unique hourly and daily visitors on recreational boating routes on Minnesota State Water Trail segments (includes rivers and lakes) during peak boating/paddling season in Minnesota (May through October) over the course of three seasons per the specifications listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS.
