    Description

Travel Oregon is seeking proposals from a public relations agency or combination of an agency and independent publicists who can earn domestic media placements that effectively communicate each of the following (5) five strategic priority areas: 1. Oregon Provides Nature That Nurtures In Oregon, the outdoors is more than a playground; it’s a place of restoration, accessible to all. 2. Oregon Provides World-Class Culinary Experiences   Oregon is a place where flavors tell the story of the land. It’s where boundary-pushing chefs, passionate farmers and trailblazing winemakers come together to create one of the most dynamic and sustainable culinary scenes in the United States.  3. Oregon Provides Abundant Creative and Cultural Experiences  Oregon’s culture is as diverse and expansive as its landscapes. Travelers can explore Indigenous history, vibrant art scenes, music festivals and small-town maker movements that celebrate craftsmanship, heritage and innovation. 4. Oregon Provides Low-Key Luxury  In Oregon, luxury isn’t about opulence, it’s about originality and quality of experience. Whether you're sipping single-origin coffee in a glass cabin perched above a wild and scenic river, soaking in geothermal springs or dining at a ranch house after a day on a world-class golf course, Oregon offers understated indulgence for those who value authenticity over excess. 5. Oregon Is Welcoming to All In Oregon, travelers are not just visitors—they’re neighbors and kindred spirits. Our communities embrace authenticity, inclusivity and kindness, creating a welcoming spirit that’s felt throughout our state. ## Pre-Bid Conference NON-MANDATORY A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 9, 2026, 9:00 – 9:30 AM PST.
