Bid results will be available end of business day, same date.Copies of Bidding Documents for Sunrise Acres Storm Sewer Lining - CDBG are available online and at no cost via the PennBid Program at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.NOTE: The Supervisors of Dover Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Dover Township.A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Dover Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid.Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work.Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act of March 3, 1931, as amended, and wages must be paid by contractors according to the U.S. Labor Department's Wage Decision included in the specifications; provisions of Section 3 of the Housing Act of 1968; and the President's Executive Order 11246 or any other order which prohibits discrimination in employment.The Contract Time for this project is one hundred fifty (150) calendar days.Dover Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.Dover TownshipChris Hamme, Public Works Director
