    Description

Early College Charter School of Philadelphia (“ECPHL” or “School”) invites qualified student transportation vendors to submit sealed quotations/bids for daily student transportation services between the School’s campus located at 1420 Pine Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102 and pre-selected central pickup/drop-off locations throughout Philadelphia. Early College Charter School of Philadelphia is a new educational model for the city’s public school students and their families. An open-enrollment, early college program for middle and high school students, ECPHL works in tandem with college, credentialing, and industry partners to offer students from across the city the opportunity to earn their high school diploma plus college credits up to an associate’s degree and/or career certifications — all at no cost to families. Located in Center City near the Broad Street corridor, ECPHL will welcome its first students in Fall 2026 for its founding 6th and 9th grade classes. In subsequent years, ECPHL will serve students in grades 6–12. The School is seeking a qualified, reliable, and properly licensed transportation provider to operate three daily routes serving students traveling from central neighborhood pickup locations to the School in the morning, and from the School back to those locations in the afternoon. This transportation is for sixth grade students only. The School anticipates awarding a firm fixed-price contract to the responsive and responsible vendor whose quotation/bid best meets the needs of the School, including price, safety, capacity, reliability, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to provide consistent student transportation services. Please see Documents for further information on the project details and school needs.
