Bids may be submitted and updated online until Tuesday, March 24, 2026, 11:00AM. On that day, around 12:00 PM bids will be made available online. All documents and solicitation details are available any time at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.Base Bid Project consists of, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 10,945 SY milling, 10,945 SY paving fabric, 1,000 SY base repair, 1,482 Ton bituminous material, and other work described in the contract. Alternate Bid No. 1 consists of, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 8,295 SY milling, 8,295 SY paving fabric, 600 SY base repair, 1,124 Ton bituminous material, and other work described in the contract.A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.Only those questions submitted online via PennBID shall be considered. Questions received after 4:00 PM, Friday, March 20, 2026, regarding the project will not be acknowledged.This Contract is subject to the following: the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Condition; the PA Workman’s Compensation Act, requirement of a anti-collusion affidavit; the non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991, and the Public Works Employment Verification Act.East Cocalico Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
