Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, fuel, tools, and transportation required to complete all work as shown on the Plans and Specifications, including, but not limited to: Removal of existing 8” sanitary sewer main and installation of new 10” SDR-26 PVC sanitary sewer main via open-trench method. Including sewer lateral reconnections, excavation, backfill, compaction, shoring, and trench restoration; Removal and replacement of sanitary sewer manholes as shown on the plans; Maintain sanitary sewer flows at all times for the project via temporary sewer bypass pumping system(s) and backup system(s) as required; Provide a 2” grind and overlay of the lane in which work is to be completed; Provide a Type II slurry seal on westbound side of East Dunne Avenue from raised median to existing curb; Restripe existing roadway in kind; and Complete all other incidental work related to the above items. Time for Final Completion. The Project must be fully completed within 90 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about May 15, 2026, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding. Estimated Cost.
