Bids that fail to include this form at the time of bid submission, or include it with incomplete, invalid, or missing information, will be deemed nonresponsive and rejected in accordance with Section 1-02.13 of the Special Provisions. Refer to Section 1-02.4(1) of the Special Provisions for the deadline to request in writing any clarifications or interpretations of the Bid Documents. Engineer's Estimate Range is $4.7M to $6.1M.
