Registration on PennBid is free. Bid instructions and specifications will be uploaded and available for review on or about April 7, 2026. All documents, bid bonds, affidavits and other information accompanying the bids shall be uploaded to the PennBid website. Bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM (prevailing local time), April 28, 2026, at which time the bidding will be closed. A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price for the contract term must accompany all bids.All questions for the Township shall be asked via the PennBid website. Questions shall not be answered if received after 4:00 PM (prevailing local time), April 21, 2026.Bids received will be revealed at the conclusion of the bidding period on the PennBid website.The EMA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any nonconformity deemed in the best interest of the Township.
