Description

Atlanta Beltline, Inc. (ABI) is seeking a consultant to assess our current data environment, spanning multiple departments, platforms, and applications (including Salesforce, ArcGIS, and other operational systems). The goal is to recommend and implement a comprehensive enterprise data strategy and architecture that enables: • Consolidation of siloed datasets, • Improved data sharing and collaboration across departments, • Scalable and secure data storage, • Enhanced analytics and reporting capabilities, and • A future-ready enterprise data management model that can be sustained in-house. The consultant will evaluate ABI’s current systems, workflows, and data needs, and deliver clear recommendations for technology platforms, data architecture and integration strategies, and governance models. Following recommendations and incorporated feedback from ABI, the consultant will pilot the data strategy and architecture with one ABI department.
