This Task Order Solicitation is limited to companies who are part of the Department of Recreation and Parks' As-Needed Special Event Planning and Production Services bench. The successful Proposer should also have the ability to develop a proposal that highlights experience and the willingness to manage sub-vendors and the services provided for a successful multi-day festival with estimated cost for a 2.5 day event Friday, June 26, 3-8:00 p.m, Saturday, June 27, 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m and Sunday, June 28, 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
