Columbus City Schools is soliciting bids for its Electrical Material. All parts and/or materials should be stocked in your local warehouse and available for pickup in any quantity weekdays 8am to 4pm except holidays. Your local warehouse must be located within a reasonable 25minute driving distance from the Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Department. This quote is a sampling of materials that could be purchased and we reserve the right to do so in any quantity. This bid should be considered a market basket bid. This bid is all inclusive and is an all or none bid. Columbus City Schools has established an Outreach Program to increase participation of businesses designated as Local Economically Disadvantaged Enterprises (LEDE). The Board of Education (BOE) has established an aspirational goal of 20% participation by business designated as LEDE. Vendors are strongly encouraged to use a good faith effort to support the BOE in achieving the Districts LEDE participation goals. Questions must be submitted before May 7th, 2026 10:00 am. No questions will be excepted after that time. Questions response will be posted before May 9th, 2026
