    Description

The City of Granbury is requesting proposals from qualified electrical contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the construction of a new Underground Electrical Distribution System. The project includes the installation of a single‑phase overhead primary extension along the property perimeter, leading to a riser pole configured as a radial feed. From this point, the contractor will construct a new underground primary system that terminates at a new 50 kVA, 120/240 V single‑phase padmount transformer (T1) and a single‑phase sectionalizing cabinet (S1).

The scope of work includes installing new overhead and underground primary facilities; setting new poles and associated hardware; constructing the riser assembly; installing conduit, cable, transformer pads, ground sleeves, and related equipment; performing all grounding and terminations; and removing and replacing designated overhead line segments, poles, and appurtenances. All work must be completed in accordance with the issued plans, construction standards, and all applicable codes and City of Granbury requirements.
