Price each line item that you are bidding on this document. Calculate the extension and then total your bid on the grand total line. In addition, complete the electronic bid on the bid website (if applicable). Scan, save the bid document in a PDF format, and upload to the bid website in the same order as pages are numbered. Note: the file size limit for the website is 15MB. After uploading your bid document, record your receipt number from the website. If you choose to hand deliver your bid to the Purchasing Department, you must give the Authority not less than 24 hours’ notice that you intend to do so to be allowed entry into the plant. The bid must arrive by the bid closing. Late bids will be refused.
