SCOPE This Contract is available to Washington State eligible purchasers, including members of the Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program (ORCPP) political subdivisions. and others eligible purchasers with Contract User Agreements in place, for purchases of common electrical supplies – e.g., wire, conduit, breakers, switches, and electrical trim items, including LED lighting fixtures, controls, and smart controls, collectively considered “Electrical Supplies.” This contract does not include: • #07521 Street Light Standards, Traffic Signal Standards, Roadway Luminaires, Components & HPS Lamps, LED Luminaires/Poles. • #03020 Lamps, Ballasts, Retrofit Kits and Lamp Recycling Containers. Purchasers MUST reference DES Contract #11121 Electrical Supplies in all communications and correspondence with Vendors including the DES Statewide Agreement #11121 Electrical Supplies reference identifies the contract under which Vendors must issue quotes/estimate/proposals for requested products. 2. Review the Contractor section below and Pricing and Ordering & Will Call locations excel document to find manufacturers and MSRP percentage or catalog prices by grouped by three categories of Electrical Supplies: Rough In, Service Gear, and Trim. 3. Pricing for the Contract is by Manufacturers' MSRP or Catalog price and percentage , which includes shipping/delivery on standard orders. Price Ceiling: Purchasers may, and are encouraged, to negotiate potentially lower rates. The Contractor's main location is listed on the price sheet to aid Purchasers in estimating potential delivery fees. Centarr/Electric Hub: Includes shipping/delivery on standard orders except for next day shipping, other expedited orders, or for freight charges, for which the Purchaser will cover the next day shipping, other expedited shipping costs or freight costs. “Standard” shipping is 5 days and under 400 pounds or 8 boxes. “Freight” is over 400 pounds and 9 or more boxes. “Other expedited shipping” is other expedited shipping that is not considered standard or next day shipping. Platt & CED: For Purchaser’s Purchase Orders of less than $150.00 (before sales tax), delivery and freight charges may be added to the invoice as a separate line item. “Expedited” Shipping or Delivery is as rush or expedited that is not considered “Standard”. Contractor may charge for “Expedited”, however Purchaser must authorize and revise the Purchaser’s Purchase Order prior to incurring any separate “Expedited” delivery charges. 4.
