    Eagle Mountain City is requesting Qualifications and cost proposals from experienced aviation planning and engineering firms to conduct a comprehensive Airport Feasibility Study. The City is evaluating the development of a multi-use aviation facility that supports: · General aviation (GA) · Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) · Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) / eVTOL operations · Potential defense and dual-use applicationsThis study will guide decision-making related to site selection, design, partnerships, and implementation.Project Objectives The selected consultant will: · Evaluate the feasibility of a new airport facility · Identify and analyze potential sites · Assess market demand and economic viability · Develop a phased implementation strategy · Ensure compatibility with military operations and regional airspace · Position Eagle Mountain as a leader in AAM and UAS innovation Any bid / proposal received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will not be considered. OPENING OF BIDS / PROPOSALS: Bids / proposals will be opened on or around the closing date and time. Results will be posted after bids / proposals have been evaluated. Vendors who submit a bid / proposal will be notified of the results via email. The email will include a spreadsheet of all vendors, and the amounts of the bids / proposals submitted for the project. Please include the name and email address of your contact person in the cover letter so we can send the notification of bid results. Bids/ proposals will also be posted on Eaglemountaincity.com/purchasing. Once a vendor is chosen for the awarded contract all vendors will be notified of the vendor who will be awarded the contract. The chosen vendor will submit the remaining required insurance, bonds, and other required documentation with a signed contract.
