The City of Ormond Beach (City) Public Works Department (PW) is establishing one or more contracts for disaster debris removal, reduction, disposal and other emergency cleanup services following a disaster event. Due to the urgency and level of service required following a disaster event, the City seeks qualified Contractors with sufficient experience in the specialized management of disaster response labor and subcontractors for the purpose of debris removal services and the preparation, response, recovery, and mitigation phases of any emergency situation or disaster. Consequently, qualified Contractors must have the capacity and ability to rapidly mobilize and respond to potential wide-scale debris volumes typical of a hurricane in addition to localized small-scale volumes typical of a tornado.
