    Description

    The City of Portsmouth, acting on behalf of The Coakley Landfill Group (CLG) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide preliminary design and piloting of a PFAS treatment/mitigation process for groundwater and surface water for the Coakley Landfill Superfund Site (Site). Proposals for the Emerging Contaminants Treatment/Mitigation Project are to be submitted via the City's e-Procurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofportsmouth. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 20, 2026.

    Engineering firms that are not currently prequalified may apply through the NHDES online application process. The prequalification review is generally completed within approximately two weeks, provided that a complete application is submitted.
