At a minimum, respondents shall demonstrate and confirm their qualifications and project approach remain consistent with the scope and intent of CEO RFP EFAA 2023000321, including: Investment Grade Audits (IGA); Energy Efficiency and Conservation Measures (ECMs); Renewable Energy Systems, including solar installations; Project design, engineering, and construction implementation; Measurement and verification of savings; and Turnkey, performance-based project delivery.
