    The City of Tustin is seeking professional engineering consulting services for the preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Engineer’s Estimate (PS&E) for the Red Hill Avenue (Bryan Avenue to Sycamore Avenue) rehabilitation and improvement project. The Consultant shall prepare a streamlined, bid-ready PS&E package appropriate for a 1.25-mile arterial rehabilitation project, preparing an efficient, concise, and bid-ready PS&E package while maintaining full compliance with City standards and federal funding requirements.
