    The City of Irving Capital Improvements Program Department invites Civil Engineers, municipal water distribution engineering design Firms, and any other qualified municipal utility infrastructure engineering design professionals to submit qualification proposals to provide professional services for the Design and Engineering of water and wastewater improvements at and in the vicinity of the Esters Road at State Highway 183 in Irving, Texas. Please reference the "Activities Tab" for dates/times for the pre-submission meeting and vendor questions. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic submission will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. In the case of an RFP or RFQ, any hard copy requirements in addition to the electronic response will be noted in the specifications. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
