    The City of Irving Water Utilities Department invites Civil Engineers, Multi-Disciplinary Firms, and any other qualified professionals to submit qualifications proposals to provide Engineering Design Services for the replacement and relocation of the 48-inch Jamison Water Supply Line located within the City owned property at 2000 N. Walton Walker Blvd., Irving, TX. Please reference the "Activities Tab" for dates/times for the pre-submission meeting and vendor questions. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic submission will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. In the case of an RFP or RFQ, any hard copy requirements in addition to the electronic response will be noted in the specifications. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
