The Village is seeking an engineering services consultant to provide post approval services that may include surveying, project design, preparation of easement descriptions, permitting, construction inspection and contract administration. Qualification statements will be evaluated based upon: successful provision of engineering services to previous similar projects in the last five years (40 points); capacity to provide key personnel and proposed staffing plan (20 points); ability to conform to the December 31, 2028 deadline for completion (20 points); and respondent’s understanding of the scope including detailed work plan to complete design services (20 points). Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), Women Business Enterprises (WBEs) and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to respond. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Brinnier & Larios, P.C. (post-approval engineering services under NYSHCR CDBG/OCR RFQ process)
