    Nature of Project Nueces County is requesting qualifications for a contract with a licensed professional Engineer(s) or Engineering firm(s) to support infrastructure improvements funded through the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Colonia Fund Construction (CFC) Program administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). The project will involve engineering services necessary for the planning, design, bidding, construction administration, inspection, and closeout of eligible public infrastructure improvements within designated colonia areas in Nueces County. These services will ensure the project complies with all federal, state, and TxCDBG program requirements. For this RFQ, Respondent’s qualifications will be evaluated and the most qualified Respondent will be selected, subject to negotiation of fair and reasonable compensation. Scope Of Services The Scope of Work (SOW) for this project is detailed fully in the attachments below: Attachment B – Scope of Work Contract Administrator: Grants and Coastal Parks Director, Scott Cross, will serve as the contract administrator for this project. Delivery of Proposal All forms in Proposal Packet and all requirements in Statement of Qualifications are to be completed, signed, dated and returned by the Due Date/Time shown above.
