The Village’s sanitary sewer system was constructed in the early 1900’s, making some of the collection system piping over 100 years old. The collection system has deteriorated, and the Village needs a solution to infiltration and inflow (I&I) into the collection system. The Village's Phase 2 project will occur on Montgomery Street, Schultz Street, Prospect Street, Abeling Street, Maple Avenue, Phillips Avenue, 3rd Avenue, Moyer Street, Smith Street, Cliff Street, Mohawk Street and Erie Boulevard and will include a combination of CIPP, Repair, Replacement and Manhole Reconstruction. The approximate budget for all project phases is estimated to be $7.3 Million.
