The State University Construction Fund (SUCF or the Fund) is seeking to contract with several firms (consultants) for Engineering Services Term Agreements. The projects may involve modifications, replacements or reconfiguration to building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, fire protection and communications systems in typical SUNY academic, hospital, research, service and facilities buildings, some of which may be historic. During construction, provide field administration, inspection, progress reports and manage biweekly progress meetings. The planning scopes may include investigation and comparative analysis of MEP design scenarios, MEP system conditions, peer review, capacity requirements, construction phasing and impact analysis, cost estimates, and other services as directed. Other potential assignments include program studies and peer review. The projects to be assigned pursuant to these agreements will be limited to a maximum construction value of $15 million.
