Inclusion of Commvault Cloud Air Gap Protect as a secure, isolated disaster recovery target to strengthen ransomware protection and cyber recovery capabilities. Ongoing maintenance, warranty, and support options as specified within this RFP. The University seeks a solution that provides scalability, reliability, security, and improved recovery performance while aligning with industry best practices for data protection and disaster recovery. Vendors should demonstrate experience with Commvault deployments, hardware appliance implementations, and cloud-based air-gapped recovery solutions. Ferris State University reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to award the contract in the best interest of the University.
