Furthermore, the system must be updated to comply with current security standards. This solicitation is seeking professional services from qualified capable vendors to upgrade the GitLab Enterprise ITS Repository to a full HA and DR environment, expanding its architecture from its current 1k capacity using SAML to handle 5k architecture and support the deployment of GitLab Self-Managed (SM). GitLab currently provides the service for managing the storage of code, serving as a secure asset repository for ITS Enterprise Network Services and other agencies.
