    Description

    In accordance with Conn. Gen. Stat. § 16-18a, the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (Authority or PURA) Office of Education, Outreach, and Enforcement (EOE) intends to retain a Consultant(s) to assist EOE staff in Docket No. 26-05-10, Application of the Connecticut Light and Power Company d/b/a Eversource Energy to Amend its Rate Schedules.

     

    This RFP seeks proposals from qualified consulting firms to assist with EOE’s participation in the review and investigation of the information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) environments for the Eversource Energy (ES). Specifically, seeks a consultant to with the topic area of meter-to-cash lifecycle, including CIS, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Geographic Information System (GIS), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order management, Finance (ERP), and Document Management Systems (DMS).
