    Description

     In accordance with Conn. Gen. Stat. § 16-18a, the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (Authority or PURA) Office of Education, Outreach, and Enforcement (EOE) intends to retain a Consultant(s) to assist EOE staff in Docket No. 26-05-10, Application of the Connecticut Light and power Company d/b/a Eversource Energy to Amend its Rate Schedules.

     

    This RFP seeks proposals from qualified consulting firms to assist with EOE’s participation in the review and investigation of the customer service for Eversource Energy (ES). Specifically, EOE is seeking a Contractor to conduct analysis regarding rate design, customer service and other public-facing business practices, and performance benchmarking. Responding firms may propose services for just one discrete task, or both tasks. Proposals that address both tasks may also include subcontractors.
