Equity Audit

The City's goal is to contract with a qualified individual or firm to provide an Equity Audit.

The City seeks a consultant to engage in a comprehensive, organization-wide equity audit, that will culminate in a report with recommendations based on observations of internal policies and communications, external communications, and organizational practices as they pertain to goals of racial equity and are aligned with the City of Wheat Ridge’s organizational values. The recommended strategy will help the City continue building a culture of belonging and embed inclusive policies and practices into our daily culture and operations.  Additionally, the consultant will assist the City in developing a shared understanding of these values and the development guiding principles for action.
