The Consultant shall manage various tasks and work alongside SCAG’s Media & Public Affairs team to deliver a successful Regional Conference & General Assembly each year of the contract. The ideal contractor will be organized, dynamic, detail-oriented, and a talented negotiator. The Consultant shall have previous experience overseeing large-scale events and be able to anticipate and plan for potential challenges.Dates for SCAG’s Regional Conference and General Assembly during the years of this contract are planned to be: May 5-7, 2027 May 3-5, 2028 May 2-4, 2029SCAG may also have the need for small-scale ad hoc events, such as receptions and workshops.
