Such services shall include, but are not limited to, ensuring all fonts, media, and animations are functioning correctly, providing and operating a teleprompter system, the ability to manage and scroll presenter scripts in real time while following the pace and flow of the speaker, supplying and managing a speaker cueing system, and setting up, equipping, and staffing a dedicated "Speaker Hold Room". The professional team required will vary by event and will be determined during the event planning process. A Presentation Operator, Teleprompter Operator, and a Speaker Ready Room Technician should be provided by the Contractor when necessary. One person may fill multiple roles, however prior approval by DMSC would be required and will be discussed during the event planning process. All equipment provided to perform services under the contract must be of professional quality and in proper working order for the duration of each event.
