    Description

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (“RPCCC” or “Roswell Park”) is seeking proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified and experienced employee benefits brokerage firms (each, a “Respondent”) to manage and administer executive and specialized benefits programs for approximately 45-50 employees, including senior-level administrators, clinicians, and scientists (“Executive Benefits Program”). Such services shall consist of: (1) managing and administering the Executive Life Insurance (“ELI”) and Long Term Care (“LTC) coverages in the Executive Benefits Program, including all aspects of enrollment and ongoing administration (the “Administrative Services”); and (2) facilitating access to voluntary and ancillary benefits such as identity theft protection, legal insurance, pet insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, critical illness coverage, and life insurance with long-term care riders for the Executive Benefits Program on a commission-only basis (“Commission-Based Services”). The successful Respondent must ensure smooth implementation, accurate enrollment, and responsive support for this select group of employees, while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. Additionally, with respect to Commission-Based, the successful Respondent should provide flexibility to incorporate new benefits such as core ancillary benefits in the future and leverage strong carrier relationships to secure competitive pricing and coverage. wlease note that both Administrative Services and Commission-Based Services (collectively, the “Services”) will typically be remote, and RPCCC does not expect any on-site presence. Respondents are advised to carefully review and consider the RFP requirements before submitting their proposal responses; all as further set forth in this RFP.
