This RFP seeks experienced professionals with deep subject‑matter expertise across Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) regulatory areas who can deliver comprehensive assessments, consulting, and compliance assistance to strengthen and enhance the Airport’s operational programs. Proposers should describe their approach to meeting the Airport’s needs for both, recurring and as‑needed services, including program reviews, planning and research support, development of operational systems, evaluation of emerging technologies, and execution of safety surveys and operational assessments. Services may include, but are not limited to, the FAA Regulatory Documents Annual Update, FAA Inspection Preparation Assessment, FAA Airport Certification Safety Inspection Strategic Plan, Safety Management System (“SMS”) Assessment Report, Self‑Inspection Program Review, and additional tasks such as Safety Risk Assessments, Airport Operations Assessments and Project Support, and Airport Programs and Airfield Management Assessments.
