    Category of Contract: Consultants or Professional Services (96258) Contract Number: 50424 Title: EXT AIR- Airport Safety and Compliance Consulting and Support Services Proposal Due: April 15,2026 Time Due: 3:00 pm (Pacific Time) Duration: 5 Years Estimated Cost: TBD Description: This Solicitation is being issued by the San Francisco International Airport (the “Airport” or “SFO”) which is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (“Proposers”) to provide specialized services and third‑party reviews that support compliance with Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (“CFR”) Part 139 – Certification of Airports (“14 CFR Part 139”). This RFP seeks experienced professionals with deep subject‑matter expertise across Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) regulatory areas who can deliver comprehensive assessments, consulting, and compliance assistance to strengthen and enhance the Airport’s operational programs. Proposers should describe their approach to meeting the Airport’s needs for both, recurring and as‑needed services, including program reviews, planning and research support, development of operational systems, evaluation of emerging technologies, and execution of safety surveys and operational assessments. Services may include, but are not limited to, the FAA Regulatory Documents Annual Update, FAA Inspection Preparation Assessment, FAA Airport Certification Safety Inspection Strategic Plan, Safety Management System (“SMS”) Assessment Report, Self‑Inspection Program Review, and additional tasks such as Safety Risk Assessments, Airport Operations Assessments and Project Support, and Airport Programs and Airfield Management Assessments.
