The services being procured through this Solicitation / Request of Proposals (RFP) are set forth in Appendix A, City’s Contract Terms. Contractor shall provide integration, maintenance, and support services for the Airport’s Lenel OnGuard Access Control System (“ACS”) which allows control of the sterile and secure areas of the Airport as required by regulation and best practices in airport operations. The ACS system also tracks traffic through secure doors. The ACS is implemented across the SFO campus and is comprised of approximately 350 Intelligent System Controllers and approximately 3,800 card readers. It resides on the SLAN Virtualized Server Environment (“VSE”) in a redundant server configuration. Contractor shall provide certified personnel in the integration, maintenance, and support services for Lenel OnGuard and must be a Valued Added Reseller (“VAR”) that sells, implements and services Lenel products to meet the qualifications required for this Agreement and is a Certified Lenel OnGuard Expert. Contractor to provide support services necessary to ensure the maximum performance of the systems and compliance with contract requirements.
