The Airport Commission is commencing a Request for Proposals (RFP) process for a Terminal 3 West Travel Convenience Stores Lease comprised of two facilities totaling approximately 2,860 square feet as part of the Phases 1 and 2 leasing plans. Space A is approximately 2,300 square feet of space post-security, in Terminal 3, Boarding Area F (newsstand/travel convenience retail in-line store) part of Phase 2. Space B is approximately 560 square feet of space post-security, in Terminal 3, Boarding Area F (news/travel convenience wall concept) part of Phase 1. The term is fourteen years, with no options to extend. For each year of the Lease, the base rent is the greater of the Minimum Annual Guarantee Offer or the sum of the percentage rent structured as follows: • 14% of Gross Revenues achieved up to and including $500,000.00; plus • 16% of Gross Revenues achieved from $500,000.00 up to and including $1,000,000.00; plus • 18% of Gross Revenues achieved over $1,000,000.00 Please review RFP document for all details.
