San Francisco Safehouse (SFSH or Sponsor) has selected AmOne Corporation as the General Contractor for the project at 101 Gough St. The project will have partial funding from the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) and will have additional hiring and wage requirements which will be provided as an exhibit to this RFP. The purpose of this invitation is to identify and engage with subcontractors who have the experience and staff to both design and perform the installation of a 30kW peak DC solar photo voltaic system. Subcontractor responding to this invitation to bid should be bonded and insured with necessary licenses to perform the design and installation of the solar photovoltaic system. Subcontractor will be responsible for provided system design services, labor and materials for the designed system, securing necessary permits, coordinating connection with local utilities, and assist project sponsor in completing any solar contractor obligations for energy efficiency rebates such as but not limited to LIWP, BAYREN, TECH, and etc. Proposed Scope of work 1. Design and install 30kW peak Photo Voltaic Roof Top system 2. Submit MOHCD, Public works, CA DIR compliance forms 3. Provide and submit drawings for permitting PROJECT LOCATION: 101 Gough Street, San Francisco, CA 94102 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Design and install new solar system components to meet standard code requirement. Coordinate with Architect for solar equipment and panel location and coordinate with Owner to obtain LIWP rebate. Construction Start in April 2026 LABOR WAGE REQUIREMENTS AND MONITORING: Project is subject to prevailing wage requirement. Prevailing wage determination: TBD SUBCONTRACTING & LOCAL HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Project is subject to 20% LBE and first source hiring.
