Pre-Proposal Conference Presentation The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA or Agency) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide the Agency’s Streets Division (SD) as-needed transportation planning, design, and traffic engineering services and transportation analysis and documentation (Services) to support SD project managers and project teams. The SFMTA may award up to two contracts to provide the Services described in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The SFMTA will select the Contractor(s) for award based on the evaluation criteria set forth in Section V. The consultant team must have expertise in all of the following topic areas: environmental analysis and documentation (CEQA and NEPA), transportation analysis and engineering, and data collection and analytics. The SFMTA intends to issue task orders for specific Services under the resulting contract, but guarantees no minimum amount of work under any contract. The SFMTA encourages Proposers to attend a virtual Pre-Proposal Conference via Microsoft Teams on December 22, 2025, at 1:00 PM PT. Proposers may register for the Pre-Proposal Conference and submit questions following the instructions included in RFP Section VI.A. The Agency will address Proposers’ questions and will provide any new or additional information concerning the RFP or selection process at the Pre-Proposal Conference. Bids will not be accepted through the City and County of San Francisco's Supplier Portal website.
