Overview The Etowah Community Center is soliciting competitive estimates from qualified painting contractors to provide exterior painting services at our facility located at 155 Robinson Street. We invite licensed, insured contractors with demonstrated experience in commercial exterior painting to submit proposals in accordance with the requirements outlined below. 2. Scope of Work The selected contractor will be responsible for the following: • Pressure wash all exterior surfaces prior to painting as needed • Scrape, sand, and prepare all surfaces — including repair of minor cracks, peeling, or damaged areas as needed • Apply primer to bare or repaired surfaces as needed • Apply a minimum of two coats of exterior-grade paint to all designated surfaces (walls, trim, doors, and fascia) • Protect windows, landscaping, and non-painted surfaces during work • Remove all debris and restore the site upon completion Colors and paint specifications will be provided upon award. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a proposal. 3. Proposal Requirements Submitted proposals must include: • Contractor name, contact information, and license number • Proof of general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage • Itemized cost estimate (labor, materials, and any applicable fees) • Proposed project timeline and estimated start date • List of at least three (3) comparable commercial references • Any exclusions or assumptions included in the estimate 4.
