Additionally, all vendors providing services for construction work on the public works project must enter into Peoria County’s Community Workforce Agreement with the affiliates of the West Central Illinois Building and Construction Trades Council and Peoria County, solely for construction and demolition work on this specific project, per Chapter 6.5-34 through 6.5-36 of the Peoria County Code of Ordinances. The Community Workforce Agreement template is included in the bid specifications for review.
