    Description

    If your business is already an awarded vendor by LISD Board of Trustees on RFP numbers: F1072(A-G)-23, there is no need to respond to this supplemental iteration. Lewisville Independent School District (LISD or the District) is accepting supplemental proposals and pricing for instructional materials, teaching aids, supplies, software, equipment, and other related products and services. These offerings may include, but are not limited to, materials used in English Language Arts and Reading, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Career and Technical Education (CTE), Early Childhood, Parent Resources, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), English as a Second Language (ESL), Special Education, Gifted and Talented (GT), Stage and Theater, World Languages, general classroom supplies, online instruction, subscriptions, licenses, software, and other instructional materials and services as needed district-wide for Pre-K through 12th grade. All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered. Missing or incomplete information will have a negative impact on vendor evaluations. RFP #F1072H-23 (Instructional Materials, Teaching Aids, Supplies, Software, Equipment, and Other Related Products and Services) shall be awarded at District discretion, to multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or award the Contract to a single Proposer. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of award that provides best value to The District. This supplemental request for proposal is being issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR) Part 200 requirements to procure vendors who provide goods and/or services purchased by LISD using federal dollars. This proposal may also be used with local, state, federal and grant funded programs. The initial term of this proposal, if awarded, shall be from August 2026 - January 2028 and will run coterminous with the original RFP term. Dependent on the long-range needs of the District, this bid will automatically renew for the terms listed below. If vendor does not wish to renew, or wishes to renew with new terms and conditions, please contact LISD within 90 days of the renewal term. If vendor does not notify the District 90 days before any renewal date(s), the District will auto-renew the bid under the existing terms and conditions. There will be one successive renewal consisting of a 2-year term. Initial Term: August 2026 - January 2028 Final Term: January 2028 - January 2030
