INVITATION TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids, in duplicate, addressed to Board of Directors, Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 195, will be received at the office of BGE, Inc., 10777 Westheimer, Suite 500; Houston, Texas, 77042 (Phone: 281-558-8700) OR electronically through www.civcastusa.com, until 10:00 AM Local Time, Tuesday June 9, 2026, at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read at the office of BGE, Inc. and through Microsoft Teams. The Call-in number is (832) 680-2579 and the Conference ID is 696 137 72# for the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to “Construction of Cross Creek West, Section 18 Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer Facilities, and Reinforced Concrete Paving for Fort Bend County MUD No. 195, Fort Bend County, Texas.”

 

Scope of Project:

 

1. 4,840 LF of 6-inch through 12-inch water line and all appurtenances
2. 3,490 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances
3. 3,550 LF of 24-inch to 60-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances
4. 13,620 SY of 8-inch subgrade preparation
5. 7,570 LF of reinforced concrete curb
6. 12,780 SY of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement
7. Storm Water Pollution Control
8. Restoration of the site
9. Lot Grading

 

Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. 

 

There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project.

A cashier’s check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
