FE25-02 (OUTREACH), Headquarters Pantry Electrical Improvements at Plant No. 1

This project will install 22 new circuits for the 6 pantries and 2 breakrooms at OC San’s Headquarters located at 18480 Bandilier Circle, Fountain Valley, CA.

Background

The Work to be performed under this Contract consists of installing new under-cabinet-mounted receptacles, creating a concealed routing path from the corresponding electrical rooms to the new receptacles, and separating existing breakroom and pantry receptacles onto a dedicated circuit. The Contractor may perform work only on Fridays and Saturdays between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM and must be available Monday through Thursday for any requested City of Fountain Valley inspections.  The Contractor is also responsible for repairing, patching, and painting any surfaces affected or damaged as a result of the work.
