    Construct a 1.7-acre underground infiltration gallery at Fernangeles Park & modify nearby storm drains serving a 317-acre tributary area with an estimated yield up to 202 AFY of stormwater runoff, in order to divert their flows to this facility & the green street along Allegheny St between Laurel Cyn Blvd & Remick Ave, where the water will be infiltrated into the subsoil.
